Safety Alerts
The Unit monitors health and safety incidents both locally and globally. When an incident occurs a Safety Alert is prepared to notify interested parties within the industry of the incident. Any findings and suggested solutions are also provided. This information sharing process raises awareness of potential hazards and gives the opportunity to assess your own workplace to see whether you should review processes as a result of the information provided.
